Owls Host Scout Day on Monday
New date set for Scout Day at Stillwell Stadium

KENNESAW, Ga.- Kennesaw State head baseball coach Mike Sansing has announced that Scout Day at Stillwell Stadium has been rescheduled for Monday afternoon, Oct. 19 at 2:00 p.m.
The annual event will have Kennesaw State draft-eligible players showcasing their skills for major league scouts in attendance at Stillwell Stadium. Scouts will observe the Owls as they throw, run sprints, take infield-outfield as well as batting practice before playing an intrasquad scrimmage.
Originally, Scout Day was scheduled for last Monday afternoon, Oct. 12, but was postponed due to severe rain and inclement weather in the north metro area, causing unplayable conditions at Stillwell Stadium.

Monday, Oct. 19, 2009 at Stillwell Stadium
2:00 p.m. - Team stretch and agilities
2:30 p.m. - 60-yard sprints
2:50 p.m. - Defensive Evaluations
3:15 p.m. - Infield/Outfield
3:35 p.m. - Batting Practice
4:10 p.m. - Intrasquad Game w/draft eligible pitchers
