KENNESAW, Ga. - The Owls look to continue their impressive fall season when they compete in the Mizuno Savannah Invitational hosted by Georgia Southern in Statesboro, Ga., on Oct. 19-20.
In addition to host school, Georgia Southern, the field will include Armstrong Atlantic State, Davidson, East Carolina, Elon, Florida Gulf Coast, Furman, Georgia State & College, Jacksonville, Old Dominion, Samford, Troy, Winthrop, and Wofford.
The event will take place at the par 72, 7,016 yard Savannah Quarters Country Club, with 36 holes on Monday, followed by the final 18 on Tuesday.
"This golf course suits our team very well," Head Coach Jay Moseley said. "We have an advantage with our length off the tee and we expect to play well here. The guys had a great practice round and we are prepared to go out and win this event."
The tournament is set to kick off with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start on Monday. All of the action can be followed live on golfstat.com.
