The Owls will compete in their final event of the fall season this week, when they travel to Chattanooga, Tenn., to participate in the Aldila Scenic City Invitational co-hosted by Middle Tennessee State and UT-Chattanooga, on Oct. 26-27.
"We are excited about this event," Head Coach Jay Moseley said. "The course is in great shape and the field is very strong. We are looking to finish off the fall in strong fashion."
The event will be held at the par 72, 6,999 yard Council Fire Golf Course, with the field of participants to include Akron, Charlotte, Chattanooga, College of Charleston, Eastern Michigan, Francis Marion, Furman, Iowa State, Kennesaw State, Maryland, Mercer, Middle Tennessee, Missouri, South Florida, Southern Miss, Western Carolina, and Wichita State.
The tournament will kick off on Monday, Oct. 26 with the first 36 holes, and is set to conclude on Tuesday with the final 18.
