CLEARWATER, Fla. – Thunderstorms and poor field conditions have caused the cancellation of day one of the 2010 USF Under Armour Showcase on Friday.

Kennesaw State (12-7) was scheduled to play Toledo and Southern Illinois on Friday evening before inclement weather conditions forced the cancellation of the first day of the three-day event at the Eddie C. Moore Complex.

Saturday's schedule has been changed due to Friday's cancellations. Kennesaw State's originally scheduled games with Drake and Stony Brook on Saturday have been canceled. The Owls will now play Toledo on Saturday morning at 11:45 a.m. and Penn State at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.

The Owls will still play on Sunday morning when they take on the Stony Brook at 11:15 a.m. For further information regarding the 2010 USF Under Armour Showcase continue visiting www.KSUOwls.com.
