Glynn Joins Program After Serving as Assistant Equipment Manager at Georgia State

KENNESAW, Ga. (May 1, 2014) – Daniel Glynn has been named the first football equipment manager at Kennesaw State, head coach Brian Bohannon announced on Thursday (May 1).
 
Glynn will oversee all aspects of the equipment and apparel needs of the Kennesaw State football program.
 
"It's an exciting time at Kennesaw State and it's an honor to say that I am joining this staff to help build the football program," Glynn said. "I'm very excited to not only work with Coach Bohannon and the staff he has hired but Kennesaw State University, the Department of Athletics, and the community as a whole."
 
Prior to arriving at Kennesaw State, Glynn worked two years as an assistant equipment manager at Georgia State where he assisted in all areas of the equipment needs for the Panthers' 15 athletics teams. Before arriving at Georgia State, Glynn served as a training camp intern for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2012.
 
A 2011 graduate of Grand Valley State, Glynn began working as a student equipment manager for the Grand Valley State football team throughout his undergraduate time. He moved to the Atlanta area in 2011 where he served as an equipment intern under current Kennesaw State Director of Football Operations, Jay Bailey for one year before being promoted to assistant equipment manager.
 
Glynn earned a bachelor's of science degree in physical education/sport management from Grand Valley State.
 
Fifth Third Bank is the Official Bank of Kennesaw State Athletics. Fifth Third Bank Stadium is the home of women's soccer, women's lacrosse and football, which will play its inaugural season in 2015.
