Race Preview
The Kennesaw State Cross Country teams will return to Moccasin Bend in Chattanooga, Tennessee at the Front Runner Invitational. This will be the team's final tune up before the A-Sun Championships on Oct.31
 
KSU will run at the Front Runner Invitational for the first time since 2010 when the men's team finished second and the women finished fifth.
 
The Owls will only be competing against Chattanooga and Middle Tennessee State in this weekend's meet.

The men's race will be a 5k on Saturday afternoon, while the women's will be a two mile race.
 
Owls Run Well at JSU Foothills
The Kennesaw State cross country teams returned to action at the JSU Foothills on Saturday, October 3 at the Oxford Lake Complex.
 
KSU Team Notes 
- The Owls ran their first meet in over threek weeks after running two events in a week.
- Four Owls, Kidan Kidane, Simone Colombini, Jordan Hand, and Derrick Kinyanjui  ran their fastest times of the year at the JSU Foothills.
- In her career,Kidan Kidane now has six top-10 finishes.
 -Simone Colombini and Kidan Kidane have finished in the top-10 in all four meets this season.
 
 Next Up
The Owls will head back to Jacksonville, Fla to compete in the Atlantic Sun Championships at 8:30 a.m. on October 31.
