Quotable
Coach Poteet on the Teams Performances Today
"I am very happy with our team's efforts today. We knew going into this we were literally outnumbered, but competed with smart aggressive running. Kidan ran up front, where should be, and ran a phenomenal race. Almost every one of our kids ran a personal best time today which was great to see. We will continue to grow from here. This program will be heard from by other teams in the next year or two. I look forward to continuing to watch our athletes continue to improve and get better as we prepare for NCAA Regionals and move into winter and spring with track season. I am really excited about this team and the future of this distance program and know we have a long way still to go to be where we want to be."
