Kidan Kidane and
Fabeon Tucker of the Kennesaw State track and field teams competed on the opening evening of Florida Relays at Percy Beard Track.
Kidane ran a time of 17:03.86 to finish sixth in the 5K. Her time is sixth fastest in program history.
Tucker had a toss of 54.95m (180'03) in the hammer throw which was good for 10
th place. That throw was ninth best in program history.
The Owls will continue action at the Florida Relays on Friday March 31 beginning at 12 p.m.
