KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State and Western Carolina rescheduled its non-conference tilt at Stillwell Stadium for Monday, May 8, with a 4 p.m. start time. The Owls and Catamounts were originally scheduled to play April 5, but severe weather surrounding the area forced a make-up date.
The contest marks the season finale between the two programs' home-and-home series. Kennesaw State defeated Western Carolina 12-3 at Hennon Stadium, recording 12 hits over the first three innings to help snap a three-game losing skid to WCU on the road. The win marked head coach
Mike Sansing's 950
th career win as KSU's manager.
Live stats and an ASUN.TV broadcast will be available to follow the action. Gates are scheduled to open at 2:30 p.m.
