KENNESAW, Ga. – After a season on the field that saw the Kennesaw State women's lacrosse team win the most games in program history, the team has been honored for their academic success in the classroom.
To become an IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad, the team had to post a 3.0 or higher team GPA for the academic year.
The IWLCA also named student-athletes that have held a GPA over a 3.5 during their careers to their honor roll and the Owls had four players honored.
The three players for Kennesaw State that made the honor roll were
Monica Albertson,
Elaine Bradley and
Emily Hallberg.

Fifth Third Bank Stadium, the signature athletics landmark on the Kennesaw State University campus, is a world-class facility that has been recognized as one of the premier multi-use outdoor athletics venues in the country. In the fall of 2015, it become the official home of Owls football team and is home to Owls soccer and lacrosse as well.
