2014: During KSU's historic run to the Super Regionals, Bruce put together a .281 season at the plate, starting in 62 of 63 games for the Owls... Was solid once again in the outfield, holding a fielding percentage of .992, the highest on the squad amongst regular starters, with 119 put-outs... Was second on the team in doubles with his 12 to go along with his four triples, one homer and 28 RBIs... Was key in playing small ball, stealing 12 bases, the second most for KSU, while laying down a team-high 24 sacrifice hits... During the Regional Championship, belted two doubles against Alabama (6/2), including the game-winning RBI with a shot off the right field wall in Tallahassee, Florida... During an Atlantic Sun Conference win over East Tennessee State (4/26), knocked four hits with two runs scored... Had 23 games with two or more hits and seven with three or more...
2013: Bruce propelled himself to the forefront of the A-Sun during his second season at KSU, leading the team in batting average with a .316 mark while playing all 60 games in leftfield... Earned a spot on the All-A-Sun Tournament Team after hitting .409 through the six-game run for the Owls... Had 72 hits in 228 at bats, including 12 doubles, three triples, one homerun and 25 RBI... His .408 slugging percentage was one of the top three on the squad through the season... Had 15 multi-hit games and a season-high hit-streak of 10 games... Put together a .980 fielding percentage with five assists from the outfield...
2012: Bruce made 43 appearances for the Owls, none more exciting than his first start for KSU when he went 3-for-3 vs Virginia Tech…Feb 19 vs Virginia Tech, 3-for-3, one run…Mar 3 vs Jacksonville State, 3-for-4, two runs, one RBI…Mar 9 vs GA State, 2-for-3, two runs, four RBI, one HR…Apr 13 vs Stetson, 3-for-5, three runs, two RBI, one homerun.
