Kennesaw State University Athletics

The Kennesaw State Athletics Department is hosting their Inaugural “Bark N’ Hoot Night” at the KSU Soccer Stadium on Friday, September 2nd when the Owls Soccer team host the Samford Bulldogs at 7 p.m.   All fans will be encouraged to bring the entire family to this match along with their canine.  

Bark N' Hoot Wavier (Dog owners must be 18 & older to sign)

·        $10 Bark N' Hoot Package  (includes one human and one dog ticket to the Owls vs. Samford soccer match)

• Dogs must be at least six months or older to attend.

• Dog owners must bring a copy of a current rabies vaccination from a licensed veterinarian.

• Dogs must wear identification and license tags and be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

• All dogs MUST be leashed and well-behaved.

• Do not bring a dog whose behavior could be dangerous to others.

• Do not bring a female dog in heat.

• Do not bring your dog if it is unreliable in crowds or with other dogs

• Dogs will be allowed in sections 113-115 and concourse directly behind. Dogs will not be permitted to sit in any other section of KSU Soccer Stadium

• Poop Bags will be given in Doggie Bags
• Water Stations will be provided behind sections 113-115

Required Vaccinations:

• Rabies - given annually, but sometimes can be a 3 year.
• DHLP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Para influenza) - all given annually, sometimes referred to as the Combo Vaccination, especially when it includes Parvo.
• Parvo - given annually, many times this is included in the DHLP and indicated as DHLPP.
• Bordatella - given either every six months or annually. Sometimes referred to as: Kennel Cough OR Tracheobronchitis.

NOTE: You must sign a waiver stating that your dog's vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian are current. This waiver holds you (the owner) liable in the event of an incident. We recommend you contact your veterinarian regarding other vaccinations that may suit your dog's needs. Waviers can be found online under Bark N' Hoot event page and emailed to all participants.  All dog owners must have a signed wavier when entering KSU Stadium. 

All dogs must be leashed (no retractable leashes) and licensed. Kennesaw State reserve the right to deny any dog or human entrance to KSU Soccer Stadium to the Bark N' Hoot event for any reason they may see fit. Participants are expected to practice responsible pet ownership. Please come prepared to clean up after your dog. 

• All dog owners must be 18 years of age and older to sign the “Bark N Hoot” waiver approved by KSU Legal Department.
(Waviers will be posted online and emailed to everyone who pre-purchased tickets.  Must have wavier when entering KSU Stadium or will not be allowed in.)

• Water stations and poop bags will be available for each owner to properly care for their pet.

• Please be courteous and responsible with your dog. Please be courtesy to other fans

• Please pick up after your dog.

 

 

NOTE: All canine tickets must be purchased with a human ticket. Fans with two or more dogs must have an additional adult "owner" accompanying the additional canine. Tickets will be available for pick-up 60 minutes before the match. To pick up your tickets, go to the special "Bark N' Hoot" will-call table located at the Southeast Corner Entrance located off Big Shanty Road. No tickets will be mailed or available in advance.
