PROTECT, PRODUCE, COMPETE

The main goal of the strength and conditioning staff at Kennesaw State football is to create an overall bulletproof athlete, both mentally and physically.

With the use of one of the best weight rooms in FCS football and the development of sport-specific programs, Kennesaw State football student-athletes are given the opportunity to develop into the type of athletes that can compete for championships year in and year out.

The staff challenges each athlete to commit to becoming the fastest, strongest and most explosive athlete they can become while holding true to the core values of KSU Football:
EFFORT, ATTITUDE & TOUGHNESS

WHY ARE WE HERE?
To teach, mentor and train the student-athletes at Kennesaw State University

HOW WILL WE DO THIS?
By creating an enthusiastic, high-energyenvironment in which we will teach and hold one another ACCOUNTABLE for our actions.

WHAT WILL WE DO?
We will use principled, evidence-based training to enhance and protect each student who walks through the doors in order to help them realize their potential both on and off the field. Specifically through the use of ground-based, multi-joint movements that focus on movement over load and specific energy system development, each athlete will be given the opportunity to maximize their potential.
