WOMEN'S DRAW
KENNESAW, Ga. – The Kennesaw State women’s tennis team continues its fall slate with the UTC Steve Baras Fall Classic tennis tournament, hosted by the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from Friday, Sept. 28 to Sunday, Sept. 30. The three-day event will be played at the Champions Club in Chattanooga, Tenn.
“The team has definitely been growing and improving since our first tournament at Auburn,” said Head Caoch
Jeff Kutac. “Everyone is practicing well and we are looking forward to completing again. This is the first tournament this year that everyone will be participating in, so we are excited to see how everyone plays. We are definitely confident that we can find success this weekend. It should be a good test for us.”
The field of competitors features over 60 players from eight schools, including Chattanooga, UAB, Mercer, Jacksonville State, Lipscomb, Lee and Samford, as well as the Owls.
The women will be broken into eight singles draws and four doubles draws.
