KENNESAW, Ga. – The Kennesaw State volleyball team will play 13 non-conference matches with four marquee matchups in the KSU Convocation Center to start the 2017 season.

The Owls will host Georgia, Tennessee, Georgia State and Troy at home while traveling to Clemson, St. Louis, Georgia Southern, Louisville and Kentucky to prepare for the ASUN season.

"I couldn't be more fired up about our non-conference schedule this fall," head coach
Keith Schunzel said. "Our main priorities in scheduling are to challenge our team, play as many rivals as possible and get some big time home games. Our players get excited about a schedule like this, recruits get excited about a schedule like this, and our awesome fans get to see some incredible volleyball inside the Convo."

Kennesaw State begins its season by hosting Troy on Sunday, August 27 in the KSU Convocation Center.

After trips to Clemson and then a tournament in St. Louis, the Owls return home to host Georgia State before heading down to Statesboro, Georgia for a couple of matchups against Georgia Southern and Savannah State.

Then KSU returns home to host two SEC teams in Tennessee and Georgia before playing another one on the road against Kentucky before finishing the non-conference season at Louisville.

The ASUN schedule for the Owls will be released at a later date.
