The Kennesaw State University Student-Athlete Success Services Program (SASS) is committed to providing the necessary support to assist all student-athletes in reaching their full potential academically, personally, and professionally.
SASS Mission Statement
The Kennesaw State University Student-Athlete Success Services Program strives to help student-athletes make the most of their collegiate experience by offering services which include: academic advising, tutoring, career development and life skills development. Our emphasis is on the growth of the whole individual by preparing student athletes beyond college athletics.

"Challenging Athletes' Minds for Personal Success"
The mission of the NCAA is to maintain intercollegiate athletics as an integral part of the campus educational program and the student-athlete as an integral part of the student body. With this in mind, Student-Athlete Success Services has embraced the mission of the NCAA CHAMPS/Life Skills initiative and has developed services and programs that are focused on enhancing the quality of the student-athlete experience within the university setting.
