ADA SEATING
Requests for ADA seating may be made in advance by contacting the Ticket Office.
ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted inside of Fifth Third Bank Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
ATMs
There is one ATM kiosk located inside Fifth Third Bank Stadium. It is located on the south end of the stadium just inside of Gate A.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms in the stadium.
BAG/BACKPACKS
For safety and security purposes, the stadium will enforce a Clear Bag policy. Click here for more information.
BALL RETURN POLICY
Footballs that enter the seating area must be returned to the field.
BOTTLES/CANS/OUTSIDE BEVERAGES
No outside food or drink, including bottled water, and/or cans and glass bottles are allowed.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
In continuing efforts to enhance fan safety at athletic events, the Kennesaw State Athletics Department will implement a new security policy regulating the size and type of bag that may be carried into Fifth Third Bank Stadium for football games, beginning for the 2017 season. The new "Clear Bag" Policy mirrors similar policies that have been adopted in the NFL, SEC and ACC to protect you, and those around you, inside the stadium.
Fans are encouraged not to bring any types of bags inside Fifth Third Bank Stadiums during football games; however, ONE of the following bags will be permitted per ticketed customer:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12";
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar); OR
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" (approximately the size of a hand).
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
CONCESSIONS
Fifth Third Bank Stadium has partnered with Premier Events to provide a variety of concessions options at all events.You can expect stadium standard food along with local favorites including food trucks.Cash/Credit accepted with in the stadium.
EMERGENCIES
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel or police officer. In the event of a serious emergency at Fifth Third Bank Stadium, all event staff, event security, police and Cobb County emergency response agencies are ready and available to assist all guests, including guests with disabilities. Pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and stadium televisions and scoreboards.
ENTRANCE GATES
There are five guest entrances to Fifth Third Bank Stadium. The locations are as follows:
- Gate A (Southwest corner of the stadium): All guests
- Gate B (West side of the stadium): All guests, Premium seating, Media Will Call
- Gate C (North side of the stadium): Football Recruits, All Sport Recruits, High School Coaches
- Gate F (Southeast side of the stadium) All guests, KSU Player Guests, Visiting Team Player Guests
- Gate G (South side of Stadium): Students ONLY!
FAN ZONE
The Kennesaw State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics' Fan Zone provides an exciting pregame destination for Kennesaw State Football fans. The pregame zone is located on the west side of Fifth Third Bank Stadium with easy access to the Gates A & B. Full information on Fan Zone can be found here.
FIRST AID
First Aid stations are located on the West concourse by sections 108-109 and on Eat Street on East concourse. EMS personnel will be located throughout the stadium.
GATE OPENING TIMES
Fifth Third Bank Stadium will open 90 minutes prior to the start of games.
GUEST SERVICES
The Kennesaw State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics strives to ensure a positive game day experience for all fans. While inside the stadium, Fan Experience tents are available to assist you with any questions or concerns. Fan Experience tent is located inside of Gate B on the East Concourse.
LOST AND FOUND
All Guests needing to claim or report lost items during an event should visit the fan experience tents by Gate B. At the end of each event, all unclaimed items will be turned in to security (KSUPD). Guests must present valid photo identification and sign a receipt in order to claim lost items. The Kennesaw State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Lost children and guests should be taken to any police officer or event staff personnel for assistance.
METAL DETECTORS
All patrons will be asked to pass through metal detectors when they arrive, In order to ensure a safe environment. To minimize impact, please be prepared to remove your cell phone, camera, hat, keys and any other large metal objects from your person. You will not need to remove your watch, wallet, belt, jacket, shoes or coins. Fan are encoraged to arrive early and famililarze themselves with security screening.
OWL WALK
Fans can line up to take part in the Owl Walk two hours before kickoff at the Fan Zone, located on the west side of Fifth Third Bank Stadium on George Busbee Pkwy NW. Led by the band and spirit squads, head coach Brian Bohannon will escort the Owls off the buses and into the stadium.

PLAYER-GUEST (KENNESAW STATE)
Guests of Kennesaw State University student-athletes may pick up tickets at the ticket tent located at Gate F beginning one hour prior to kickoff. Per NCAA rules, each person receiving a ticket must be present with a photo ID in order to sign for tickets. Guests of players are required to enter the stadium when they receive their ticket and must follow stadium policies regarding no re-entry.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Outside alcoholic beverages
Weapons of any kind (i.e. knives (including pocket knives), pepper spray, stun-guns, slingshots, concealed weapons, firearms, etc.)
Fireworks of any kind (including smoke bombs and flares)
No glass and plastic bottles, cans, coolers, containers, food or beverages of any kind
Air horns, whistles, seat cushions with backs
Illegal drugs or chemicals
Laser pointers
Umbrellas
Animals (except service animals)
Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, etc.
Other items as may be determined by stadium security, staff or management
Personal cameras are permitted. Professional cameras/large detachable lens and tripods are not permitted without promoter approval. Video is only permitted with promoter approval and credentials.
RAIN DELAY
Kennesaw State University football games would only be delayed for lightning or other emergency conditions.
RE-ENTRY
There is a no re-entry policy in effect for Fifth Third Bank Stadium. Once a guest exits the stadium, they will not be allowed back in for the remainder of the event.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time changes.
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Kennesaw State Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost/stolen. Please stop at the ticket office on the west side of the stadium if you have lost your ticket to have a new ticket generated.
RESTROOMS
Public restrooms are conveniently located throughout Fifth Third Bank Stadium. All restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
SMOKING
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside Fifth Third Bank Stadium. Kennesaw State University is a smoke and tobacco free campus.
