Kennesaw State University Athletics

Grant Foree was named assistant director of athletics communications at Kennesaw State in December 2025. He serves as the primary contact for baseball and the secondary contact for football.

Prior to joining the department full-time, Foree worked as an athletics communications student assistant at the University of Alabama from 2023-25 while completing his undergraduate and graduate degrees. During his time in Tuscaloosa, he assisted with communications efforts across all of Alabama's sports programs, serving as the secondary contact for women's basketball in 2023-24 and for baseball in 2025, before working as the football student assistant for the 2025 season.

Foree also gained professional experience as a communications and public relations intern for the Birmingham Stallions during the 2023 USFL season.

Foree graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor's degree in communications in 2024 and a master's degree in sport management in 2025. He married his wife, Cathryn, in May 2026.
